Product Overview
This is an original regular-script calligraphy piece by Lu Zhongnan, a prestigious contemporary Chinese calligrapher. The artwork bears the classical motto 志存高遠,心悟精微 (Zhì cún gāo yuǎn, xīn wù jīng wēi) — “Aspire to great heights, and awaken to the subtle and exquisite.” The phrase “Zhi Cun Gao Yuan” originates from Zhuge Liang’s celebrated admonition urging one to harbor lofty ambitions, while “Xin Wu Jing Wei” reflects the refined pursuit of perceiving life’s subtle truths. Executed on gold-flecked xuan paper with dignified, full-bodied brushwork, the piece is ideal for wall decoration in executive offices, studies and reception halls, and as a premium cultural collectible & gift for art lovers worldwide.
