For art order processing and payment settlement: your contact and order information may be shared with our authorized payment processor (PayPal), logistics partners and art‑creation cooperating artists, solely for completing your custom artwork and delivery. We will never sell your personal data to third‑party marketing agencies.
How long we retain your data
Inquiry form & order‑related personal data: we preserve customer contact information, order records and custom‑project communication records for business, tax and dispute‑resolution purposes, retained for the statutory required retention period. Registered user profile data: if you create an account on our website, we store personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can view, edit or export their own personal data at any time (username cannot be modified). Site administrators may also view and manage this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you own an account on this site, or you have submitted inquiry / order information, you are entitled to request an export file of all personal‑data we hold for you, including all content you have submitted.
