A:All artworks from BadouArt are genuine hand‑made originals created by cooperating artists. We do not sell prints or counterfeit works. Creation photos and video records can be provided for authenticity reference upon request.

A:We cooperate with hundreds of professional artists. We can offer one‑stop art planning and custom‑creation for overseas enterprises, hotels, clubs, villas, institutions and commercial spaces. For high‑value large‑volume projects, formal agreement can be arranged upon mutual request.

A:For standard‑size ready‑to‑buy artworks, you may complete payment directly on our website. For custom and quotation‑only orders, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI), and you can settle via international wire transfer to our corporate account. All transactions are processed through our official company account for safety.

A:We follow a complete standardized custom workflow. Ordinary orders are confirmed via Proforma Invoice. For high‑value corporate projects, a formal service agreement can be signed by mutual consent to clarify creation requirements, specifications and terms. Quality and credibility are our primary priorities.

A:We provide Proforma Invoice (PI) for overseas order confirmation. Chinese domestic VAT invoice is available if you are a China‑based client.

Order & Delivery

A:Ordinary custom pieces generally take about 7‑14 working days for creation. Works by senior master artists may take around 15‑30 working days, subject to the artist’s schedule. As an old Chinese saying goes, “Good things are worth waiting for.”International shipping cost is not included in the price. Fragile‑goods packaging and freight will be quoted separately. We are based in Beijing, China and serve clients worldwide.
A:Standard‑size stock artworks can be purchased directly. Non‑standard oversized pieces or fully personalized dimension requirements belong to quote‑only custom service. Please use our “Request a Quote” form and share your expected theme, size, purpose and artist preference. We will evaluate your requirements and send you a formal offer accordingly.
A:We do not collect customs fees at checkout. Product prices and free shipping exclude import duties and local taxes; the recipient is the importer of record and pays any amounts assessed by local customs. Original hand-painted artworks (HS code 9701) usually enter the US, UK and EU at 0% duty, although local import VAT may still apply, for example reduced rates for original artwork in the UK and Germany. DHL, FedEx or UPS clears customs on your behalf and sends a simple online payment link before delivery, so no customs visit or broker is needed.
